Cataloghi
Lima HO catalogues were published every year.
Until 1966/67 there was the version with the same pictures but printed with different texts according to language,
from 67/68 there was a single multilingual version with the text printed in 5 languages: Italian, English, French, German and Dutch.
In 1976 a General catalogue was also produced, which also included N and O gauge items and the whole Lima range including
Japanese, American, South African and Australian outlines.
After 1977 (start of OO for UK) different editions for UK and the Continent appeared with single language text in each version.
In the British HO era, each model's country was depicted with a flag, although of course some models would be applicable to more than one country.
Some of the models shown with a German flag were commonly available and sold in Britain as part of the British range, and are therefore shown in the table below.
Smaller catalogues showing an incomplete selection, with titles in English were also produced at least in 1975 and 1976.

I cataloghi HO LIMA erano pubblicati ogni anno.
Fino al 1966/67 c'era la versione con le stesse figure ma stampato con diversi testi secondo la lingua,
dal 67/68 vi era una versione unica multilingue con il testo stampato in 5 lingue: Italiano, Inglese, Francese, Tedesco e Olandese.
Nel 1976 un catalogo generale fù anche prodotto,
che comprendeva anche articoli in scala N ed O e la completa gamma Lima compresi prototipi Giapponesi,Americani, Sud Africani ed Australiani.
Dopo il 1977 (inizio del OO for Regno Unito) diverse edizioni per il Regno Unito ed il Continente apparvero con testo monolingue in ogni versione.
Nel periodo del HO Britannico, il paese di ogni modello era mostrato con una bandiera, benché certi modelli appartenevano a più d'un paese.
Certi modelli mostrati con la bandiera Tedesca erano comunemente disponibili e venduti in Gran Bretagna come parte della gamma Britannica,
e sono quindi mostrati nella tabella sotto.
Cataloghi più piccoli mostranti una selezione parziale, con testo in Inglese furono anche prodotti almeno nel 1975 e 1976.

Number Ranges
Gamma dei numeri
Diesel and Steam locomotives were generally in the 16xx e 17xx series, but also in the 3xxx series (see the USA dockside loco).
However, some mainline Diesel locos are in the 8xxx series typical of straight electric locos, the blue Class 33s being an example.
The numbers and series were not always consistent.
The M suffix presumibly stands for "modified" from the HO standard and it later on indicated OO, but some of HO era re-colourings have it too.
The Class 33 with lights had an CL suffix, which means "con luce" (with lights) and so does L simply meaning "light".
The 2xxx and 3xxx series were all European wagons including British HO ones, but see above for exceptions.
Sets were in the 5xxx series.
All the coaches were in the 9xxx series, which also included the bogie car carriers in the 90xx series for special goods wagons.
91xx was for ordinary coaches, 92xx for special coaches such as restaurants, etc. and 93xx for baggage (at least in part) coaches.
But again the are exceptions.
Locomotive Diesel e a Vapore erano di solito nelle serie 16xx e 17xx, ma anche nella serie 3xxx (vedasi la loco portuale USA).
Però certe loco da Diesel da linea erano nella serie 8xxx tipica delle loco elettriche a pantografo, la gruppo 33 blu essendo un tale esempio.
I numeri e series non erano sempre coerenti.
Il suffisso M presumibilmente significa "modificato" dalla norma HO e più tardi indicava OO, ma anche delle ricolorazioni dell'epoca del HO ce l'hanno.
Il gruppo 33 con luci aveva il suffisso CL, che vuol dire "con luce" ed anche cosė L semplicemente per "luce".
Gl'Impianti erano nella serie 5xxx.
Tutte le carrozze erano nella serie 9xxx, che comprendeva anche i carri a carrelli trasporta auto nella serie 90xx per carri merci speciali.
91xx era per carrozze ordinarie, 92xx per carrozze speciali come ristorante, ecc. e 93xx per baggagliai (almeno in parte).
Ma di nuovo ci sono eccezioni.
